Effective Date: May 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Swiftbuild collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit swiftbuild.ai (the "Site") or contact us through it.

"Swiftbuild," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the companies that operate the Site and provide our services. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site, such as a demo request, newsletter subscription, or general inquiry, we collect the information you give us. This typically includes your name, work email, phone number, job title, organization, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we automatically collect limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings. Details are in Section 6.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise location data) through the Site. If you submit such information voluntarily, for example in a contact form message, please do not.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
  • Send communications you have requested (newsletter, product updates, event invitations) and service-related messages.
  • Operate, secure, monitor, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Conduct analytics and research to understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use information collected through the Site to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

3. Customer and Product Data

If your organization is a Swiftbuild customer, data we process inside the SwiftGov product on your behalf, including permit applications, plan documents, applicant information, and other records you upload or generate in the product, is governed by your Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and related contracts with us. This Privacy Policy does not govern that data. For questions about product data, contact your account team or info@swiftbuild.ai.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Site and our services, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling. These providers are bound by contract to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Affiliates. Companies under common ownership with us, where doing so is consistent with this Policy.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Swiftbuild, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We will notify you of a change in ownership of your information when reasonably possible.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, or to enforce our agreements. As a guide:

  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless we are in an active sales or customer relationship.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months in aggregated form.
  • Records required for legal or tax purposes: retained for the period required by applicable law.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses three categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies that are required for the Site to function (for example, to remember your cookie preferences).
  • Performance and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site, including which pages are visited and how long visitors stay.
  • Functional cookies that remember your preferences, such as language or display settings.

We do not use advertising cookies on the Site.

When you first visit the Site, you will see a cookie banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in the Site footer or by clearing cookies in your browser.

We use the following analytics providers:

  • Vercel Analytics for performance and usage measurement.
  • PostHog for product analytics, with personally identifying fields masked.
  • Google Search Console for search performance, which does not place cookies on the Site.

These providers process data on our behalf under written contracts.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all visitors, regardless of jurisdiction, where it is reasonable for us to do so.
