Job Details
You understand how local government operations work and can turn that knowledge into successful AI-powered deployments. You’ll be a key part of our team, working directly with government clients and shaping how our platform meets real-world needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with government teams to understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics
- Translate local processes and requirements into deployment plans
- Partner with our technical team to configure, validate, and launch implementations
- Train end users and drive adoption of new workflows
- Create customer-facing materials that support onboarding and long-term success
- Join sales calls and demos as a subject matter expert who builds trust
- Support proposals with domain expertise
- Help quantify ROI and develop customer stories for public-sector leaders
- Share structured feedback from the field to help prioritize development
- Pressure-test new capabilities with real users before broader release

Preferred Qualifications
Who You Are
- 2-8 years in local government operations, planning/permitting, consulting, real estate entitlements, or land use law
- Strong written and verbal communication, including reading comprehension. You parse dense regulatory language with precision and turn ambiguity into clarity.
- High agency. You take initiative, solve problems resourcefully, and drive results with minimal direction.
- You embrace doing hard things. Early-stage company, complex problems, mission that matters, and you’re energized by that challenge.
- Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they improve government operations
- Customer-facing confidence: you facilitate groups, handle objections, and build trust
- Experience in customer service and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people in professional environments
Nice-to-haves: Graduate degree (MUP, MURP, JD, or related field), AICP certification, deep familiarity with zoning/land development codes, experience in software sales or implementation, public-sector procurement experience
