Job Details
- Drive day-to-day business operations across client onboarding, communications, scheduling, and documentation
- Serve as a key point of contact for government clients, engaging directly with municipal staff, planners, and administrators
- Support RFP/RFQ preparation, municipal code research, and market identification for new contracts
- Manage CRM systems, project trackers, and internal workflows
- Research local government processes, zoning, permitting, and land development to support platform deployment
- Conduct QA and testing on the platform as new features roll out
- Contribute to presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials

Preferred Qualifications
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or expected within 6 months)
- 0-5 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, and academic projects count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard business tools and AI
- Based in the U.S. with the ability to work remotely during standard business hours
What Sets You Apart
- Background in business, communications, public administration, urban planning, engineering, GIS, or computer science
- Exposure to or genuine interest in AI, local government, infrastructure, or civic technology
- Experience interacting with clients, stakeholders, or government officials in any capacity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Aptitude and willingness to learn to operate efficiently and use AI effectively
